I first moved to NYC in 2012 and graduated from The City College of New York with a BFA in Electronic Design & Multimedia. I was drawn not only to the creative world, but also to the architecture around me. I’ve always been fascinated by the beauty of buildings and homes, and by the curiosity of wondering what stories, spaces, and lives exist behind the doors of each brownstone and apartment I passed.

The pandemic brought me to Tampa, FL, where Topaz Visual was born. Now, I’m thrilled to be back in NYC, the city that has always fueled my creativity and continues to inspire me with its people, diversity, energy and passion.

Forever inspired by a Lauryn Hill quote “don’t be a hard rock when you really are a gem,” I created Topaz Visual out of a desire to capture the unique beauty and individuality of each person and space I encounter. Whether it’s a studio apartment or a luxury penthouse, I believe every property deserves to shine.

“Topaz” is my birthstone but I wanted to create something outside of myself as a reminder that we are all gems: valuable, radiant and worthy of being seen.
